Desico

Desico is a traditional candle factory from Fiskars. The roots of our family business go back to the 1960s, when Desico’s founder, Kari Toukolehto, started casting candles in his small basement apartment in Ullanlinna, Helsinki. Since then, for over 60 years, our family business has been making through-dyed candles using traditional methods, from high-quality raw materials. We are now one of the oldest candle factories in Finland. All of our production takes place from start to finish in Finland, in our own factory built in an old barn in Fiskars.
