Membership terms and conditions
Welcome to the KH loyalty program! The membership agreement consists of these membership terms and conditions, as well as Privacy Notice . It is important that you read these terms and conditions in their entirety.
These terms and conditions are valid from September 1, 2025.
- Registration and membership in the loyalty program is free.
- As a member, you enter into an agreement with Katariina Home Oy, and you must familiarize yourself with these terms and conditions and comply with them.
- As a member, you will be given your own personal Member ID, which you can use when logging into the loyalty program. With the Member ID, you will have access to your own member page, where you can manage your memberships and settings.
- Membership is tied to an email address, which is used for identification in addition to a phone number.
- You are responsible for keeping Katariina Home Oy informed of any changes to your contact information, such as name, address, telephone number and email address.
- This is a personal loyalty program where you can earn credit, redeem bonus vouchers, and take advantage of benefits and offers tailored to you as a member.
- In order to fulfill the benefit agreement and calculate your credit accumulation, Katariina Home Oy processes your data and offers you customized content, tips, invitations to events, competitions, good offers and similar on its own and other digital channels, membership campaigns and loyalty program information. You can read more about the grounds for processing, your privacy and the processing of your personal data in the privacy policy.
- Even if you cancel some services, we will continue to use your contact information to provide you with necessary information regarding your membership and any changes to the membership terms.
- Text messages can only be sent to Finnish mobile phone subscriptions.
- You can become a member if you are over 16 years old and have an address in Finland.
- You can cancel your membership at any time. You can do this by contacting customer service by email at ulla.lindfors@pussukka.fi or by phone at +358 50 3008694.
- Membership is not fixed-term. When terminating your membership, you have 30 days to use your bonus vouchers and discount coupons. After 30 days, all your personal information, bonus vouchers/points and discount coupons will be deleted. Katariina Home Oy reserves the right to deviate from this point in cases of fraud where other legal requirements apply.
- The membership/contract is valid until terminated by either party. If you have not made any purchases in the last 24 months, we may terminate your membership.
- Katariina Home Oy reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the loyalty program or terminate the loyalty program with 30 days' written notice. Insignificant changes or changes that are not detrimental to you may be made with shorter notice.
Trade credit
- All purchases made at the Klaukkala store at regular prices earn credits, except for purchasing gift cards, bags or customization services.
- Katariina Home Oy's bonus program, which is currently in effect, including more detailed terms and conditions for earning and using credit, is described in more detail at here.
- For credit registration, you must provide/show your membership number or phone number at checkout.
- You can collect credits as long as you are a member.
- Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred as cash to your bank account.
- Information about your credit and purchase history is constantly updated when you log in to your account.
- When you return a product, the credits earned from the purchase will be deducted from your store credit account. If you return a product that was partially paid for with credit, the amount paid with the bonus voucher will not be refunded. The value of the credit can be used to exchange for a new product or a new size.
- Katariina Home Oy reserves the right to correct or delete incorrectly registered bonus points and bonus vouchers that have been registered in connection with an error or a breach of the membership agreement. This also applies to cases where bonus points have been used before the error or breach was discovered.
