Exchanges and returns

Right of return, domestic deliveries

It is important to me that you are satisfied with the products you order. I always strive to deliver all products in tiptop condition, but if for some reason you receive a faulty product, please contact customer service and I will rectify the situation.

If you have second thoughts and want to return the product, you have 14 days to make a return from receiving the product. Sale products and books do not have a right to return . Notify us of the return by email, and you will receive instructions for the return in the return message. Remember to keep the products in their original condition, with packaging and price tags. The payment for the product will be refunded to the payment method you used when placing the order.

The return fee is €7.30 and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please also remember that an uncollected order is not a refund. If an order is returned to us uncollected, we will cancel the order and deduct €20 for shipping and handling costs from the refund amount.

Product exchange: If you want to exchange the product for another color or size, return the product you previously ordered (notify ulla.lindfors@pussukka.fi of the return) and place a new order in the online store. This will ensure that the product does not run out.

Can I return a SALE product or book?
Discounted products and books are not eligible for returns.

Is there a fee to return the product?

If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered and want to make a return, we will charge a small fee of 7.30 for that return.

How is the return handled?
Send us an email: ulla.lindfors@pussukka.fi and you will receive instructions for returning the bag in the return message. We handle returns via POSTI.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we have received your return, the refund will be made to the payment method you used to place the order. The payment will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return.

What do I do if the refund gets lost in transit?
When you make a customer return, always remember to collect the Posti Helposti code and the receipt for the return. This will allow us to search for the lost package and the carrier will take responsibility for the loss. Remember that a shipment lost without a receipt/code is the customer's responsibility.

International returns

1. Returnable products
You can return any item for a refund. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order through our website. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. All items must be returned in original condition, including possible manufacturer packaging, tags, and any accessories. Shoes should be tried on indoors and underwear over another piece of garment. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged

2. Include information in the parcel and notify us
Please include a note in the package with your contact information and other details about your return, for example print your receipt and mark the returned products by circling the product number .

Always inform us about your return by sending us an email to ulla.lindfors@pussukka.fi. You must include information about the products you returned and the tracking code for the return.

Failure in this might result in your parcel being rejected at Finnish customs and being sent back to you.

3.Send your return parcel
